Privacy Policy

QuantumFrameHouse ("we," "us," or "our"), located at Rua Brito Aranha, Bloco 107, 1.º Esq. Trás, 4490-534 Póvoa de Varzim, Portugal, is committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

Article 1 — Data Controller

Article 2 — Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data strictly for service delivery purposes:

  • Contact Data: Name, email address, phone number — collected via inquiry forms.
  • Technical Data: Server logs, IP addresses, infrastructure configurations — collected during service deployment.
  • Payment Data: Billing name and transaction references — processed through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

Article 3 — Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data under the following legal bases: (a) performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); (b) legitimate interest in maintaining service quality and security (Article 6(1)(f)); and (c) explicit consent for non-essential cookies (Article 6(1)(a)).

Article 4 — Data Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Contact inquiry data is retained for 24 months. Technical infrastructure data is retained for the duration of the active service agreement plus 12 months.

Article 5 — Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, request erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].

Article 6 — Data Transfers

QuantumFrameHouse operates within the European Economic Area (EEA). If data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure adequate safeguards are in place through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as approved by the European Commission.

Article 7 — Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, regular security audits, and incident response procedures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

These Terms of Service govern the use of cloud infrastructure, workflow automation, and technical support services provided by QuantumFrameHouse, Rua Brito Aranha, Bloco 107, 1.º Esq. Trás, 4490-534 Póvoa de Varzim, Portugal.

Article 1 — Service Scope

QuantumFrameHouse provides cloud infrastructure deployment, automated workflow configuration, disaster recovery setup, 24/7 monitoring, and continuous technical support. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in the individual service agreement or proposal accepted by the client.

Article 2 — Payment Terms

Payments are due as specified in each service agreement. For recurring services (monthly plans), billing occurs on the first business day of each month. One-time services require 50% upfront payment and 50% upon delivery. Late payments incur a 2% monthly surcharge after a 10-day grace period.

Article 3 — Service Level Agreement (SLA)

QuantumFrameHouse guarantees 99.9% uptime for all cloud infrastructure deployments. In the event of SLA breach, clients receive service credits equal to 10% of the monthly fee for each hour of downtime beyond the guaranteed threshold, capped at one month's service fee.

Article 4 — Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom configurations, scripts, automation workflows, and infrastructure architectures developed specifically for the client transfer to the client's ownership. QuantumFrameHouse retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-proprietary knowledge gained during service delivery.

Article 5 — Limitation of Liability

QuantumFrameHouse's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Article 6 — Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, QuantumFrameHouse will provide a complete data export within 14 business days. Outstanding invoices remain payable. Pre-paid fees for undelivered services are refunded proportionally.

Article 7 — Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Portuguese Republic. Disputes shall be resolved first through mediation, then through the competent courts of Porto, Portugal.

Refund & Reimbursement Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by QuantumFrameHouse, Rua Brito Aranha, Bloco 107, 1.º Esq. Trás, 4490-534 Póvoa de Varzim, Portugal.

Article 1 — Milestone-Based Refunds

For project-based services, refunds are evaluated based on completed and pending milestones. If work has not yet commenced on a paid milestone, a full refund for that milestone will be issued. Completed milestones are non-refundable.

Article 2 — Monthly Subscription Refunds

For recurring monthly services (Cloud Essentials, Cloud Professional), refunds are prorated based on the unused portion of the billing period. Requests must be submitted within 5 business days of the billing date.

Article 3 — Refund Process

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your service agreement reference and reason for the request. Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Article 4 — Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable: (a) infrastructure setup fees once deployment has commenced; (b) domain registration and SSL certificate costs; (c) third-party software licensing fees incurred on behalf of the client; (d) consulting hours already delivered.

Article 5 — Dispute Resolution

If a refund request is denied and the client disagrees, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation within 14 business days before pursuing any legal remedy under Portuguese law.
